Who we help

We work with the UK motor trade: independent and franchised garages, bodyshops and accident repair centres, restoration businesses, classic and prestige vehicle specialists, fleet workshops and other automotive professionals. We do not supply the public — a private owner’s repairer can send us a request on their behalf.

Trade customers come to us with a specific kind of problem: the part exists, or once existed, but the usual routes cannot produce it in a useful time. A panel on national back order. A component the manufacturer has stopped supplying to the UK. A trim part for a low-volume model that no factor has ever stocked. A wheel design that has been discontinued and has to match three others on the car.

How we source parts

Every request starts with identification. We resolve the vehicle’s exact build specification from the registration or VIN and confirm the manufacturer part number for that specification — including supersessions and option-dependent variants — so that the part we search for is the part that fits. Then we check availability with specialist suppliers and automotive contacts in the UK and internationally, and come back with a clear answer: availability, price and lead time from the specific source, or an honest “not found” with the realistic alternatives.

We source genuine manufacturer parts — supplied through manufacturer parts networks in whichever market they are available, with the manufacturer’s part number and packaging. When a request can only be met by a different category of part, we say which category it is before anything is ordered. Trade focus

Working only with the trade shapes the service. Requests arrive with a registration, an estimate or a diagram reference and a repair already agreed, so we spend our time on the search rather than on establishing what the vehicle is. Approvals and deliveries run through one professional contact at your business. And because our customers are workshops, we understand what a missing part costs in bay time, courtesy cars and customer patience — which is why we would rather give a quick “no” than a slow “maybe”.

UK and international capability

Our registered office is in London and we work with trade customers across the United Kingdom. Our sourcing network reaches suppliers and contacts internationally, which is what makes it possible to find parts that are unavailable in the UK but still supplied elsewhere. Delivery is arranged per part according to where it is coming from; we deliver across the UK and can arrange international delivery where a job requires it. Manufacturer names are used on this site to identify the vehicles we source parts for. We do not claim accreditations, memberships or partnerships that we do not hold, and we do not publish statistics we cannot source.
